Our Gelato al Pistacchio is a delight filled with little pistachio pieces throughout to ensure that the flavour and texture are truly indulgent. We rely on our quality ingredients to give you the best gelato. We start with fresh whole milk, eggs and pistachios picked when fully ripened – we use only the finest pistachios in the world. Our pistachios –Mawardi and Perfect Green– come mainly from the land of origin of this ancient fruit, and are harvested and selected carefully for their aroma and colour, then ground to paste to produce a uniquely flavoured gelato ice cream.
